National CASA spokesperson and child welfare activist Judge Glenda Hatchett will open the 29th Annual National CASA Conference, being held April 16-19, 2010, in Atlanta, GA. Judge Hatchett is a nationally recognized authority on juvenile issues known for her award-winning television series Judge Hatchett and her book Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say!

The theme of the 2010 conference is "Spring into Action." In workshops and general sessions, and through networking with colleagues and peers from across the country, conference attendees will gain the skills, knowledge and inspiration necessary to go home ready to spring into action in pursuit of the best interests of abused and neglected children.
